Hey everyone! Here’s what’s been improved since the last update:

Bringing 4LS logo, Text Rendering Overhaul

• The game now starts with the familiar 4 Leaf Studios logo animation, giving it that authentic touch right from boot-up. 
• The text rendering system has been heavily optimized, making dialogue display faster and smoother, improving performance during longer scenes.

Smoother Music Playback! Sound Effects: Now in the Mix!

Music transitions now play much more smoothly, although there’s still a slight hiccup when character backgrounds or poses change—this will be addressed in future updates. Sound effects have also been fully implemented using PCM channels. I’m currently experimenting with a 4-bit ADPCM decoder, which could further enhance audio efficiency if it stays within the frame-time limits.

LZ77 Compression for Script Texts

To reduce ROM size, scenario texts for Monday–Wednesday have been compressed using LZ77, saving 800KB across both languages. This optimization helps keep the build lightweight while leaving more space for additional content.

Act Intro Videos Added!

• Cutscenes have been further refined by removing dithering and adjusting compression settings with the AGMV encoder, resulting in sharper visuals and better overall performance.
• All act intro videos for each character are now included and can be tested in the debug menu under Video tests!!! Hooray!

Lastly, a bunch of bugs have been fixed, resolving minor graphical glitches and improving overall stability.
